The Sohag Criminal Court decided this evening, Monday, to refer the papers of a driver to the Grand Mufti, accusing him of killing his cousin in the Balina Center after she was carried from him in incest. Mr. secretariat Abdel Monsef Ibrahim and Mohamed Abdel Hamid.
