The government seeks to localize sustainable development in all parts of Egypt, especially by focusing on deprived areas, which for years have suffered from a lack of public services, especially Upper Egypt. 700 billion pounds in stages to serve 60 million citizens, especially in Lower Egypt and Upper Egypt, with the aim of localizing development and providing services and facilities to millions of citizens.
